Ok so, I got this bag thinking I was going do downsize my daily bag (nope it’s the same size), and I almost exchanged for a different one. I’m so glad I didn’t - I used every nook and cranny when we went to the park, and my family just kept giving me stuff to hold and between the pockets and the net, I managed wonderfully!! I found I had a water bottle pocket that ripped after my bag’s inaugural trip to Disney, and I reached out with pictures and asked for advice on a repair and was offered a swap to return the first bag and replace with a new one! This is going to be a long review but I feel like everyone needs to know the absolute amazing customer service I received regarding this bag!

First, I accidentally placed an order for one of the bags before I was ready to actually purchase it. Debbie, made sure to cancel the order and give me a refund. No questions asked. I was then ready to place an order for the rope drop baga few weeks later. I ordered it 9 days before I had to leave for my trip and paid for priority shipping as it said it would be here 3 or 4 days before I left. Long story short, the post office lost the package somewhere or it was just delayed for whatever other reason. I was so sad I wouldn't have it before my trip and figured I would try to request a refund because I knew I wouldn't be going back anytime soon. I reached out to Debbie since the bag never showed up in time. She went above and beyond working with the post office trying to find it, but ultimately she sent me another one to the address I was staying at in Florida with whatever the quickest shipping option is because it was there in 2 days! She then sent me a return label and bag to ship back the one that got sent to my house while I was in Florida. Ultimately, I know that she did not have to do any of that because technically it wasn't her fault. She shipped it out in time and it was lost by the post office and she went above and beyond to make sure I had the bag while I was in Disney because I was so excited to use it!!

Now for the review of the bag itself... I absolutely love it and you can tell the quality is impeccable! The inside is a nice velvety material with so much space room for two drinks and everything else you would need while in the parks. I absolutely love the net on the bottom for extra storage, especially for like a poncho or umbrella or light jacket. Anything like that! The spot for the pins is what really attracted me to the bag as my son and I were just starting our collection! I used the locking pinbacks and none of them came off or got snagged on anything and they just look so cool! I will say the bag was a tad on the heavier side but it doesn't bother me knowing that it is made from good quality materials!

I look forward to making another purchase for another type of bag in the future!

I love my bag , but after a full day in the park I was in pain because of the strap length. These are cute and sturdy, and made my bag the perfect length!

This bag is gorgeous! It looks exactly as the pictures and I can’t get over how pretty the gold zippers are. This bag is the perfect size to take to the park. Is bigger than my loungefly and I really love how both of the bigger sections have multiple storage pockets. The lining is the prettiest blue color and the fabric is so soft. The bag feels so sturdy. It’s comfortable to wear and the shoulder straps have padding which will help with long park days. I could not be happier with my purchase!

WOWWWW. I have to say, this bag is amazing. It is so beautifully crafted and the thought that went into the design is a game changer for frequent park-goers. I can just tell all the material used is going to last for a long time. Durability is super important for me because I can be pretty rough with my things, but she thought of EVERYTHING. I am so so happy with my purchase and can't wait to wear it to the parks in ten days. Shipping was quick and easy and the packaging was soooo cute. I am absolutely in love with this bag! It allows you to either have a backpack or crossbody bag for every day use. It's small enough for day to day use but big enough to go about on longer adventures.
